  • Client TO PROVIDE all cleaning equipment and materials needed for the required service. Client to provide the following for our cleaning crews; ladder, vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, duster, brushes, cloths and pails.
  • Additional charges DO APPLIES for our cleaning crew(s) to bring in own cleaning supplies (Pls put in request under Special Request).
  • Additional hours may be required subjected to office conditions, additional tasks and special requests.
