1. How do I make a cleaning service booking?

Simply book with APAC CLEAN by completing the Online Request Form and our friendly Customer Representative will get in touch with you within the next 24 business hours.

2. How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed once required payment for your chosen cleaning services. You will also receive the confirmation via email notification once the payment process is completed.

3. How does APAC CLEAN ensure the service quality?

We take pride in the highest quality of our cleaning services. At APAC CLEAN, all our cleaning crews go through a thorough verification before selection. This is to ensure we can serve our customers with quality and trust.

1. Why is the lead-time required for booking a cleaning session?

Bookings for APAC CLEAN cleaning services have to be made at least two (2) days in advance (48-hour). Additional charges apply for last minute booking requests.

2. Refund – Cancellation by Service Buyer

In the event that the purchased booking cleaning session is cancelled by the Service Buyer less than 24 hours prior to the purchased booking session, APAC CLEAN will proceed to refund 70% value of the total purchased value.

3. Refund – Cancellation by APAC CLEAN

APAC CLEAN at any time and for any reason and in its discretion may cancel your booking session due to unforeseen reasons and in such, APAC CLEAN will do full (100%) refund of the total purchased value.

1. What is the APAC CLEAN refund policy?

If you are unsatisfied with our cleaning services, you may email us (info@apacclean.com) your enquiry within seven (7) days of receipt of proof of purchase and supplementary evidence to support the case. Reported cases will be investigated by APAC CLEAN and we will notify you once the investigation is completed.

2. What do our cleaning services exclude?

In general, our cleaning crews are professionally trained to carry out a variety of cleaning tasks. However, our cleaning services exclude: Car wash; Outdoor cleaning including cleaning the car porch and exterior windows, tending to the garden, unclogging drains; bathing and cleaning pets; moving items heavier than 20kg; Any other unreasonable requests.

What do our cleaning services exclude?

1. Do I have to provide the cleaning materials?

Yes, to avoid cross-contamination and as most people would have their own preferences, APAC CLEAN cleaning crews do not come with their own supplies.

Please kindly provide the following for our cleaning crews; ladder, vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, duster, brushes, cloths and pails.

2. Do I have to be here when the cleaning professional arrives?

We recommend that you welcome your cleaning professional especially on the first booking in order to orientate her around the house/office and to discuss your requirements. We also strongly encourage you to remain at home/office during the cleaning session to avoid any undesirable circumstances.

3. Can I request for the same cleaning crews (cleaner) for my future bookings?

Unless your cleaning booking is a regular booking, we may be able to arrange you the same cleaner(s). Otherwise, we will have to assign based on the availability of the cleaning crews on duty.

4. I have pets. What should I do?

We strongly advise that you keep your pets on a leash or in a cage (or any other secure places) while our cleaning crews are at your home for the cleaning service.

5. Are there cleaning services on the Weekends and Public Holidays?

Yes! Unless notified in advance, APAC CLEAN cleaning services are available 365 days. However, do note that there will be extra charges for cleaning services requested on Public Holidays and Festive season.
